30-hour return window (clothing)

For apparel orders on Lefko, return requests must be raised within 30 hours from the time of delivery. After 30 hours, returns cannot be accepted except where required by law.

You can request a return from My Orders while the window is open. The deadline date and time is shown on your order.

Eligible items

• Unused clothing with original tags attached.
• No stains, odour, damage, or signs of wear.
• Items must be in original packaging where provided.

Non-returnable items

• Innerwear, socks, and customized/personalized products.
• Products marked final sale or damaged after delivery.

How to request a return

1. Open My Orders after delivery.
2. Tap Request return before the 30-hour deadline.
3. Choose a reason and submit. We schedule a reverse pickup with the courier network via iThink Logistics.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 4–6 working days after quality check. Your return page shows the expected refund date range.

Exchanges

Size exchanges are subject to stock availability. Mention preferred size in your return notes.
